How do I find the right size for me?
The sizes of our individual products are based on standard US clothing sizes. You can find the size chart here.
How do I care for the clothing properly?
Caring for cotton:
Cotton is easy to care for, but should be washed at a low temperature to prevent shrinkage. It is best to wash it at 86–104 °F and dry it in the dryer on a low setting.
Caring for polyester:
Polyester is a durable, easy-care material that dries quickly and creases very little. It should be washed at a low temperature (86–104 °F) and preferably air-dried to maintain its shape.
Note:
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. These contain specific recommendations for optimal care and longevity of the product.
Can I buy the products in a store or only online?
Our selection at StreetModeLab is currently only available online.
Can I track my order?
Of course, as soon as your package is on its way to you, you will receive a tracking link by email (please also check your spam folder).
Can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must notify us within the first 30 days of receiving the product at info@streetmodelab.com Please see our return policy for more information.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station?
Unfortunately, delivery to a packing station is currently not possible, as we work with different shipping providers in different regions.
